Laris Macario's theater credits include Solyony from Three Sisters with The Griswold Theater, Lucius Andronicus in Titus Andronicus at The Studio One Playhouse and Darren Lemming from Take Me out at the Rising Action Theater.  He played Garrett in the film "Callous" (Winner "Best Florida Feature Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival) a Guest star on Dead on Acting (ep. 5) and the Lead in the Digital Short "You Shoes You Lose." by Mayamo Jimmy Productions .



He has a B.F.A from Florida Atlantic University and is a recent graduate of The Tom Todoroff Acting Studio & Conservatory in NYC. He's trained with some of the top teachers in New York including Tom Todoroff, Daniel Davis, Chuck Cooper, Nick Westrate, Kathleen McNenny, Sarah Topham, Julia Lenardon, John Howard Swain, Jared Kirby, Miriam Silverman, Susan Cameron, Andrew Wade, & Janice Orlandi.

He was born in New York city to Dominican immigrants.  After moving to Florida at 8 years old he shortly discovered his passion for Acting.  However he didn't decide to take his passion seriously until he got to college and enrolled in a scene study class with Sherry Faith at the Sherry Faith Studio in Boca Raton, FL.  He's trained in MMA, had a short career as a balloon artist and even spent a few seasons as a Bar-Mitzvah dancer but nothing compared to the stage.  Shortly  After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a B.F.A. in Theater Performance he decided to make the move back to New York with only $1000 in his pocket and a dream in his heart.  And that's where he's been ever since, grinding away.
